Experiences cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or discounted rates. 4. Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled time; rescheduling is subject to availability. 5. Some experiences carry a minimum age, swimming ability, or moderate fitness requirement — please advise the team of any needs in advance. 6. The Villa may amend or cancel an experience due to weather or conditions beyond its control, in which case an alternative time or a full refund is offered. 7.
